Retention Edge(“we,” “us”) operates the Revenue Leak Scanner product and this website. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics (Fathom or Plausible) to understand how visitors use this site. These tools do not use cookies, do not track you across sites, and do not collect personal information.
Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. This may place cookies on your device to measure ad effectiveness. You can opt out of Meta's tracking via your Facebook Ad Settings.
Klaviyo Account Scanning
When you use the Revenue Leak Scanner, you provide a Klaviyo private API key. Here is exactly what happens with your data:
- Your API key is used once to read account metrics (flow counts, campaign counts, list size, revenue attribution). It is never stored in any database, file, or log.
- We store only aggregated findings(e.g., “3 of 5 critical flows active,” “campaign frequency: 6/month”). We never store individual customer emails, names, purchase history, or personal data from your Klaviyo account.
- Your scan report is stored so you can return to it after purchase. We log your IP address for rate limiting only.
- We recommend creating a read-only API key specifically for this scan, and revoking it afterward.
Checkout & Payment
Purchases are processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.
After purchase, your email address is used to deliver the product and send follow-up emails via Kit.com. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
